Participants Recognized at National Conferences
The Smart Energy Analytics Campaign recognized four participants for their new or expanded implementations of Fault Detection and Diagnostics and Energy Information Systems. One monitoring-based commissioning provider was also highlighted for their outstanding support of a participant's EMIS implementation. These four participants have shared their best practices with Campaign participants through webinars and the Campaign’s FDD peer network.
The recognition was given at the National Conference on Building Commissioning (NCBC) in Salt Lake City and the Smart Cities Conference in Washington, DC. Each organization recognized has been featured in a Smart Energy Analytics Campaign Success Story.
Kathleen Hogan, DOE Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, conferred recognition at NCBC to:
New Installation of Energy Information System (tie) - Carleton College, Aurora Public Schools
New Installation of Fault Detection and Diagnostics System - Central Piedmont Community College
Expansion of Energy Management and Information System - Commonwealth of Kentucky
Monitoring-Based Commissioning Provider - Interval Data Systems, Inc. (MBCx provider for Commonwealth of Kentucky)
LBNL and DOE congratulate these organizations for their exemplary effort in implementing analytics, and their willingness to share their work with other participants in the Campaign.
